Several exquisite varieties of flowers have been brought from Bangalore to decorate Goddess Meenakshi, Lord Sundareswarar and the stage on which the celestial wedding is to be performed on Sunday.These flowers are being stored in an air-conditioned room till the time of decoration. These flowers are of export quality and grown in areas such as Udagamandalam, Bangalore, Kodaikanal and Coorg. The varieties include Roses, Anthuriums and orchids.
